When overwhelmed my spirit yearns for regeneration;
the need to relinquish all corporeal identity and conscious cognitive processes. I seek and find solace in nature’s embrace.
Buried in the earth, my only life force remaining is my breath.
Inhale, exhale.
Earth’s rhythm flows through my lungs, healing and revitalizing my essence.
